Guidelines

• Copy ready ads must be submitted 7 days in advance of publishing.
• Ads created must be submitted 14 days in advance of publishing
• Ads must be proofed and signed for prior to publishing
• All ad changes begin on Friday and end on Thursday
• Quarterly/Seasonal ad changes included in yearly contract- no additional fee
• Other mid term ad changes $25
